Chris Daniels
Originator: Ethan Ebeling
Date: 2008
An Ethan Ebeling is a nollie flip indy board varial. Named after a fingerboard personality that I miss dearly, the trick is quick, fast and technical for the time.
Ethan would pump this trick out at the Rendezvous like it was nothing.
Originator: Chris Daniels
Date: 2004 & 2006
Ok, just to be clear there are actually two tricks that have been referred to as the Chris Daniels. Both tricks were invented by Chris Daniels, aka cdplaya0 or crisqod. The first trick of that name was filmed in 2004, and was featured in Vegas Fingerboard's full length Form of Sin. This version was a switch ollie indy board varial.
However, the most popular with the name is the nollie flip sexchange revert first seen in 2006.
Check out the Chris Daniels performed in this line with an Evolve Fingerboard in 2008.
Originator: Denny Politan
Date: 2008
This trick was popularized by the Tech Deck ripper Denny Politan. Denny, inspired by Chris Daniels' nollie and switch ollie board varial variations, combined his impeccable impossibles with an indy board varial. The result was a smooth, one-of-a-kind flatground combo that blew the minds off of many young fingerboarders back in 2008.

Originator: Martin Winkler
Date: ???
The most legendary fingerboard trick, named after the most legendary fingerboarder on the planet, Martin Winkler. If you type "Winkler Spin" into YouTube you will find tons of videos of fingerboarders attempting to live up to Martin. No one has or will perform the Winkler Spin as well as the man himself.
No one shreds transition with the same speed, precision and style like Martin. The Winkler Spin exemplifies these traits in a single trick.
Martin Winkler would fly through a vert line at the speed of sound, busting out kickflip b/s disasters, right into a f/s Smith across the entire ramp, then come back and whip a quick Winkler Spin revert. All within a matter of seconds.
Fingerboarding since 1998, Chris has been continuously involved in the online fingerboard scene since 1999. A pioneer in the English-speaking fingerboard scene, he has moderated and administrated multiple major fingerboard forums including RZF and FingerFlipInc (FFI). In 2008, he founded the global fingerboard community FBWeekly as a way to connect fingerboard scenes around the world in one portal. With over 20 authors representing fingerboarders from around the world, FBWeekly quickly became an important source for fingerboard news.
